Hoaxes, Pranks, Rumors, Myths: The Fetus Feast
There's a lot of junk on the internet. Yeah, hahh, you're reading this site, for example.
Seriously, Weirdmeat.com does not publish hoaxes, pranks, rumors, or myths. Our weird meat escapades are entirely first-hand experiences.
Next time you get a junk email about some shocking horrid thing, check if it's an urban legend or hoax. There's many websites devoted to stopping these pranks. One popular urban legend going around is that there's some unscrupulous people -- usually in Asian countries -- who chow down on baby fetuses. Now that's a nasty rumor.
Check out the "Fetus Feast"
Now for a joke...
If an alien from outer space landed in China... In Beijing they would put it in a public museum, in Shanghai they would create a theme park around it and sell tickets, in Guangzhou they'd eat it!

1 Comments:
actually two of my chinese friends from school have shared their individual experiences with baby fetuses. While I admit one may may have gotten it wrong (as she only knows a bit of canto). the other friend is entirely reliable in chinese translations, especially in food. She reports that her parents and grandparents partaked of the specialty but she stuck to shark-fin soup. :)
